KUBIČKOVÁ, Aneta
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to assess the frequency of bullying within the second level of primary schools and the lower grades of comprehensive schools. The first part of the work will primarily focus on theoretical explanation of bullying itself. It will introduce this behaviour along with its forms of occurrence in more detail. It will describe its development, step by step, and not only from the aggressor and the victim's points of view, but also from the audience's point of view (the audience are made up mostly of the schoolmates from the same class). Last but not least, it will focus on the preventive measures, which are supposed to prevent bullying in schools, and also how to detect it, solve it and eventually eliminate it. The practical part will be pay attention to the responses obtained from the questionnaire which will be given to pupils from upper primary schools and students from lower levels of comprehensive schools. The questionnaire will be focused on bullying. Based on the respondents' answers, graphs will be generated which should tell us two things: firstly, to what extent bullying behaviour occurs within the specified levels at these two types of schools and, secondly, how much the pupils and the students are aware of bullying. In other words, how much theory they know about bullying.

To analyze the success of the implementation of the policy on the prevention and solution of bullying, I took advantage of the available professional literature, I've analyzed the current documents, which shall submit to the Ministry of Education (for example Methodological guideline for the prevention and solution of bullying), I have used the knowledge from the survey, focus groups and regular meetings of Directors, which realizes the company SCIO. I graduated five structured interviews with Directors of elementary schools. In the next section, I focused on the quantitative research, survey for the Director of elementary schools. I focused on the Director of elementary schools, because they are the key actors for the implementation of educational policies and have enough information about the everyday school practice. The concept of forest pedagogy is also briefly introduced, but the empirical part provides key information on this topic. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the philosophy, educational approach, and daily program of DLK Jasmínka are presented. Then the main topic is presented. It turned out that the ways of preventing bullying in DLK Jasmínka do not rely on any comprehensive methodology but result from the educational plan and general principles of the pedagogical approach. Of the established concepts of prevention, they are closest to non-specific prevention, as the primary purpose of these principles is to support the harmonious development of children. Most important are respectful approach to children and open communication, to which other elements are attached. The work brings relatively unique insight into the elements of forest pedagogy, their mutual interaction and impact on the prevention of bullying.
